Biography

Massimo is Chairman of the Investment Committee at DN Capital, and has been part of the firm since 2001. He advises the team on investments, capital allocation and organisation. Massimo’s career in venture capital began in 1981 while at Italian IT firm Olivetti, working on tech investments out of Italy and then New York. He joined VC firm Alta Berkeley Associates in 1998 before moving to private equity as a partner and then Managing Director of Advent International. Alongside his role at DN Capital, Massimo is a director and advisor for a number of companies.

Massimo has served as Chairman of telecommunications firm Jazztel during a restructuring, and as Vice-Chairman of television network Primacom AG. He has also sat on the Boards of numerous other listed companies.
